• Ensuring the security of your device and data

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of analytical insights

The App provides analytical insights and decision support tools. All decisions regarding your subscriptions are your sole responsibility.

8. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and ROBECOPLUS, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App
• In case of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund in accordance with Apple's refund policy

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Change or discontinue features without prior notice
